Guacamole with Tuna and Cashew Nuts

Guacamole is a simple, quick-to-cook and very healthy dish. Suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner, as well as a snack or as an appetizer to the main course.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado (preferably Haas) 1
  • Tomatoes (cocktail pink) 4
  • Canned tuna in a juice 1
  • Handful of roasted cashew nuts
  • Nuts or vegetable oil (I have hazelnuts) 1 tablespoon
  • Ground black pepper or peppers mixture to taste
  • Lime 1
  • Red onion (optional)

Instructions:

  • Mash the avocado with a fork, pour over the lime juice and put in a plate
  • Cut the tomatoes into cubes and place on a plate.
  • Open the package with tuna in juice, drain the juice and put it on a plate with avocados and tomatoes
  • Dice the red onion, if preferred, and arrange it on a plate.
  • Sprinkle all the ingredients with black pepper, add a little salt, and pour over with vegetable or nut oil.
  • Serve with a baguette or tortillas!
  • Enjoy!
