Ghent, like Bruges, is the Belgian Venice, located on the ornate embankments of the River Lys. The architecture of this city is not inferior to the architecture of Bruges, and the city is also famous for its fun student life, an abundance of pubs, excellent museums and the cozy atmosphere of a medieval town.
